Our Products

We offer three primary habit plan tiers, each described on our Habit Plans page:

• Foundation Habit Starter (£49): includes a discovery call, written plan for two core habits, and a two-week email check-in sequence.
• Complete Routine Blueprint (£129): includes full-day rhythm mapping, four integrated habit modules, and three live review sessions over six weeks.
• Premium Life Alignment Plan (£249): includes a holistic lifestyle audit, six custom habit pathways, fortnightly coaching calls, and unlimited plan revisions over twelve weeks.

Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals aged eighteen years or older who reside in the United Kingdom or can participate in remote sessions within compatible time zones. Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation and scheduling instructions for your discovery session.

Service Delivery

Habit plans are delivered through a combination of written documents, email correspondence, and scheduled calls or in-person sessions at our Hitchin studio. Delivery timelines depend on your selected tier and mutual scheduling availability. We aim to deliver written blueprints within five business days of completing your discovery session. Remote clients receive digital documents; in-person clients may request printed copies during studio visits.

Client Responsibilities

To benefit fully from your habit plan, you agree to:

• Provide honest and complete information about your lifestyle, goals, and constraints during assessments.
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually or provide at least twenty-four hours notice for rescheduling.
• Engage with plan materials in good faith and communicate challenges promptly so we can adjust recommendations.
• Understand that habit building requires personal effort; our plans provide guidance and structure, not guaranteed outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content on sproutyouth.world, including text, graphics, logos, plan templates, and methodology descriptions, is owned by or licensed to Sproutyouth and protected by intellectual property laws. Your personalised habit blueprint is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish your plan without our written consent.

Disclaimer

Our habit planning services provide lifestyle coaching and behavioural guidance. They are not a substitute for professional mental health support, nutritional advice, or financial counselling where such expertise is required. Sproutyouth makes no warranties regarding specific outcomes from following habit plans. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and consistency.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Sproutyouth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a habit plan purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.
