Purchasing and Payment

When you purchase a habit plan, you agree to pay the stated price in GBP. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation and scheduling instructions for your discovery session.

Service Delivery

Habit plans are delivered through a combination of written documents, email correspondence, and scheduled calls or in-person sessions at our Hitchin studio. Delivery timelines depend on your selected tier and mutual scheduling availability. We aim to deliver written blueprints within five business days of completing your discovery session. Remote clients receive digital documents; in-person clients may request printed copies during studio visits.

Our habit planning services provide lifestyle coaching and behavioural guidance. They are not a substitute for professional mental health support, nutritional advice, or financial counselling where such expertise is required. Sproutyouth makes no warranties regarding specific outcomes from following habit plans. Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and consistency.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Sproutyouth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a habit plan purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.
